No. We provide specialised cleans as one-off jobs for any commercial property. If you already have a regular contract with us, we can add specialised services to your existing schedule so everything is managed through one account.
When is the best time to schedule specialised cleaning?
Most specialised work is done after hours, on weekends or during quieter periods such as the Christmas shutdown, so it doesn’t disrupt your staff. For end of lease cleans, book well before your handover date so there’s time to address anything raised at the pre-inspection.
How is the price of a specialised clean worked out?
