Associated Cleaning

Indigenous Partnerships

At Associated Cleaning Services, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live and work. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, and are committed to advancing opportunities for First Nations people through meaningful engagement and sustainable employment.

Our commitment and vision

While we are currently in the process of obtaining formal recognition through Supply Nation and Reconciliation Australia, our dedication to supporting Indigenous communities is already woven into our business practices. We are actively working towards formalising our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and building strong relationships with First Nations suppliers, partners, and communities.

Our vision is to play a positive role in the economic, social, and cultural advancement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. As a proud Queensland-based organisation, we believe in long-term partnerships that drive community impact while aligning with the values of dignity, respect, and equality.

Pathways and participation

Associated Cleaning Services is proud to be on this journey. As we move towards formal accreditation, we remain grounded in action — fostering inclusive, respectful workplaces and collaborating with First Nations partners to deliver services that reflect the diverse communities we serve.

Opportunities with purpose

We are building an Indigenous supplier network that contributes to local economies and strengthens ethical, sustainable procurement. Our upcoming Supply Nation accreditation will allow us to offer clients a reliable, culturally conscious procurement option aligned with the Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP).

We are committed to reinvesting in Indigenous-led initiatives, education programs, and grassroots organisations that support cultural preservation, wellbeing, and workforce inclusion.
