Troy has over 20 years of industry experience, starting as a hands-on entrepreneur. During his career, he has established trend setting brands in both domestic and international markets, paving the way for new standards in customer satisfaction and professionalism. Leveraging this background, Troy has managed and grown Associated Cleaning, expanding its four key divisions: Commercial, Retail, Aged Care, and Education. As the director, he is responsible for oversight of the service delivery, contract compliance, and continuous improvement for Associated Cleaning stakeholders.

Bradley Reggars - National Commercial Operations Manager

With over 30 years of experience in facilities management and property services, Bradley oversees operational performance, productivity, and manages efficiencies within our commercial operations nationwide. As a pivotal role in the organisation, he oversees the day-to-day management, ensuring operational targets and customer service levels are met. In addition, Bradley works closely with site supervisors to maintain quality outcomes and improve staff retention.

Alan Gray - National Business Development Manager

Alan has over 25 years of experience in commercial and retail facilities management. Bringing over 10 years of professional experience in business process management, operations, project management, service delivery, and business development, Alan is responsible for preparing cost estimates for all projects and services, ensuring our clients receive efficient, innovative, and cost-effective solutions.

Kim Aitken - Finance Manager

With over 20 years of extensive experience in finance and accounting across multiple sectors, Kim has a robust understanding of best practice commercial systematisation. As the major finance business partner for Associated Cleaning contracts, Kim manages invoicing and finance-related requests from our clients.
